Mission Summary/Objectives
      Continue a Day 3 investigation of the African Easterly Wave sampled on 3-4 September. This mission would be an 8 hour mission to continue mapping the circulation center.  The mission will not be flown if the 5 September morning forecast does not suggest continued development of the wave.
